As we get closer to the event, it looks more and more likely to pan out as a true iPod event, bringing updates to the iPod nano, and other surprises.

I don’t know, if Lugz could threaten Apple with legal action for ripping them off with their Eminem commercial, then I think Apple’s got a case against Wriggley’s.
